Lovebird song and calls

Song

Lovebirds do not have a complex song. Their vocalizations are generally described as chirps, twitters, and short, sharp calls.

Calls

A variety of high-pitched, chattering, and often shrill calls. They produce short, sharp 'cheet' or 'scree' calls, especially when in flight or communicating within the flock. Alarm calls are typically louder and more insistent.
