Eclectus Parrots do not have a complex song. Their vocalizations are primarily calls.

Calls

A variety of loud, harsh, and often piercing calls. Common calls include a distinctive, drawn-out 'chraak' or 'kraaak', a sharp 'chu-wee' or 'chu-wok', and various squawks and whistles. Alarm calls are particularly harsh and repetitive. They can also produce softer, more melodious chirps and whistles when content or communicating within a pair.

When they vocalize

Most vocal during flight, at dawn and dusk, and when disturbed or communicating with flock members. They can be quite noisy, especially when flying overhead.
