How it forages

Primarily arboreal, foraging in the canopy and sub-canopy. They pluck fruits with their large bill, often tossing them into the air and catching them to swallow whole. They also use their bill to probe for insects, raid nests for eggs and nestlings, and catch small vertebrates. They are opportunistic feeders.

Diurnal, most active during the early morning and late afternoon.
