Kicauan

A distinctive, often melodious and varied song, typically a series of clear, whistling notes that can be quite loud and far-carrying. It often includes a drawn-out 'wheee-tee' or 'wee-chu' followed by a rapid, chattering 'twee-twee-twee'. Males perform a characteristic 'puffing up' display while singing.

Panggilan

Common calls include a sharp 'chip' or 'chick', a harsh 'churr', and a rapid, scolding 'chichichichi'. Alarm calls are typically sharper and more insistent.

Kapan mereka bersuara

Most vocal during the breeding season (pre-monsoon and monsoon months), but can be heard year-round, especially in the mornings and late afternoons.
