Song

Not known for a distinct 'song' in the traditional sense. Their vocalizations are primarily a series of harsh, chattering, and scolding calls.

Calls

A characteristic loud, continuous, and often raucous 'churr-churr-churr' or 'kek-kek-kek' call, often given in chorus by the entire group. They also have softer contact calls and various alarm calls, including a sharp 'chee-chee-chee' when a predator is sighted.

When they vocalize

Vocalize throughout the day, especially when foraging or moving between locations. Calls are particularly prominent during territorial disputes or when disturbed.
