Richiami

Common calls include a loud, far-carrying 'krr-r-r-r' or 'kek-kek-kek' rattle, a 'hoo-hoo-hoo' hooting call, and various 'churring' or 'growling' notes. Alarm calls are sharper 'whit' or 'kek' notes.

Quando vocalizzano

Most vocal during the breeding season, especially during courtship and territorial defense. Less vocal outside of breeding.
